Ben Anderson

Ben (he/him) is an actor, musician, songwriter, and teacher based in NYC. He specializes in teaching piano, guitar, and voice for all ages and levels. Ben caters every lesson to the individual, encouraging his students to find the fun in all music. Whether a Beethoven sonatina or a Radiohead rock anthem, he strives to make music theory approachable and palatable while adjusting the lesson plan to a student’s specific needs and priorities. Ben has worked across both stage and screen, recently starring in Broadway’s Stereophonic, where he played the lead singer and guitarist of a fictional 1970’s rock band. As a musician, Ben plays in multiple bands, has accompanied and played with artists including Olivia Newton John, Joe Walsh, and Will Butler, and is a proud member of the American Federation of Musicians.
